I had called H. Jack's in a panic for a plumbing emergency. They were out within an hour and had my issue fixed right away. They were extremely professional, polite and helpful. The dispatcher on the phone was beyond kind and reassuring that they would be able to help. Highly recommend!

We called H. Jack's after another company had no one on call over the weekend for an emergent issue with our hot water tank. They were able to be here within an hour and had the entire install completed within 3 hours. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them!

We're very pleased with our new master bath and walk-in shower. We have a 60-year-old home so we had to redo more of the plumbing than expected but the results look very nice and we don't have to worry about leaks. Price was fair with a senior discount. We'll refer H. Jack's to our neighbors.

They sent out 2 service people that worked for hours clearing out drains, then dug out a damaged area and replaced a section of pipe. My wife was totally impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. They stayed in touch by phone with updates. Would I call them for other problems? YES.
